Rates*

Rates will vary depending upon the season & duration of stay.    House rental minimum 4 days. 

Casa Del Arroyo ENTIRE HOUSE Rental (4 BR, sleeps 8-10).  

Peak (Weeks around Dia De Los Muertos, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, Easter):  $1997 USD/night
Regular (Nov-April (except peak weeks): $997 USD/night
Low Season (May15-Oct15):  $797 USD/night

*Does not include 16% IVA and 3% Jalisco Lodging Tax
*Does not include cleaning fee (calculated at end of stay)
*Does not include any additional/optional fees (retreat experience, honor bar, hiring cook for meals at home, private transportation, tours/activities, grocery stocking fee, use of fitness props/equipment, etc).

*Individual room rental (1-2 rooms, each room sleeps up to 2 guests in King Bed) is available in select circumstances (before/after retreats, etc) and will be addressed on an individual basis.  Please specify if you're looking for the room rate or the entire villa rate.
