Foundation Pilates Classes: In these Level 1 classes, we work on the movement fundamentals. This is great for beginners or those who want a more deliberate pace and need to be talked through modifications.
Flow Classes: These Pilates-based intermediate level classes are more challenging in that they may include more complex movements, move at a faster pace, and require that you have a solid understanding on how to modify for your own body.
Functional Mobility & Strength: These include many of our standing and upright classes where we're taking the work back to real life. Balance, posture, coordination, and strength are what are emphasized. We may utilize dumbells or kettlebells to increase challenge.
Focus & Fix Classes: These classes take a region of the body, a common issue (keeping knees healthy, low bone density, etc.) and go deeper on "the why" and how to improve. These classes often include self-myofascial release/massage techniques or tools.
Women's Health: Hormones, childbirth (even from years ago), etc. can create new challenges as the body is adapting to change. These classes play special emphasis on some unique needs, including pelvic floor focus, prenatal classes, and more.
Yoga & Other Mindful Movement Classes: In addition to Pilates-based classes, we'll have contributions from guest teachers including yoga, tai chi, Qigong, meditation, and more.
Interactive Q&A: These sessions offer more insight into questions you may have around movement, exercise, and general wellbeing. These often feature guest contributors to add a more holistic approach to movement and health.
BONUS - Apparatus, Oov®, Balansit®, TRX®, VIBE, Spinefitter & More Classes: For those who have access to studio equipment and props such as Oovs, reformers, towers, and more, we include an occasional live equipment class with some on-demand options.

Expect several live classes per week to choose from based on your favorite teacher, the props you have, or with the pace and modifications you need. Keep checking back as we add classes continuously.
Here's a list of some commonly asked questions about this program.
Are these workouts safe if I have an injury? Many of our workouts contain a substantial amount of modifications for those who have sustained injuries in the past or who may be working through a current condition where modifications would be appropriate. While many of us teaching these classes are physical therapists, we are not YOUR physical therapist at THAT time and in the format of a group class. You should still follow the advice of not starting a new exercise program without first checking in with your physician or personal health care provider for guidance.
I'm not tech savvy. Will this be easy for me to access? Accessing your materials will be easy as it is all in one place. Just bookmark your login page and inside, you'll find your on-demand videos, the calendar of classes and the direct Zoom link to our classes. We are in the process of working on an app to make this process even more seamless.
